Yoga za mame i bebeMothers who took yoga classes during pregnancy, usually come back after childbirth (six to eight weeks) to classes for mommies and babies. The interest to come back to the studio and to continue yoga practice with their babies is of huge benefit both for the mothers and their babies. Specific exercises which mothers do with their babies are done at classes, and a part of the class is devoted to the mothers only. As adults, babies can also have problems with digestion, constipation, circulation, emotional distress. After these exercises, babies feel better, sleep better and gain weight faster. Yoga improves their immune system, digestion, there are no convulsions, elimination is improved, and their motoric abilities enhanced. The whole class is a unique interaction of mothers and babies, after which we all feel better, cheerful and we smile. Mothers bond with their children, as well as the group and all together, with the help of yoga, find peace, satisfaction and fulfillment.
